Research field
Biotechnical Sciences – Agriculture – Plant Protection: Phytopathology

Diagnosis of phytopathogenic fungi and pseudofungi, pathogens of fruit, vegetable and field crops. Study of biological characteristics of pathogens. Application of molecular methods for detection, identification and characterization of phytopathogens. Evaluation of the efficacy of fungicides, biofungicides and natural products (antagonistic microorganisms and essential oils) in the control of phytopathogenic fungi.
